      Like Laura said you are already an individual. Only you can decide how much you express it.

      We are all individuals. It is up to you to be yourself and think for yourself. If anything has taken away our individuality, it’s politics and the media. They like to dictate how we should live and what we should think. It’s up to us to see through this and make out own choices.

      I think it can help us express ourselves as individuals. Just look at how things like Facebook and twitter allow us to be as weird as we want to be!
