      A very good question….
Our brain controls each and every part of the body……It does so by sending signals to every part of the body in a very controlled fashion……..Have you ever noticed that when you are nervous or under pressure, you actually slower down your breathing rate…Thus less oxygen can reach your brain and it makes the brain confused and it starts sending signals haphazardly to your muscles and your digestive system as well as your heart…..and thats why you start to act and perform different…….So whenever you are nervous try this….Just relax your muscles and breath deeply for few minutes………and you will be surprised that you will no more be performing different….and will feel totally normal and relaxed once again…..
