• Question: why do dogs chatter their teeth?

      There could be a number of reasons why.
      1) your dog may be cold
      2) your dog may have a tooth ache or gum disease
      3) your dog may be older (a symptom of old age)
      4) he may teeth-chatter before barking. It can be in anticipation, if he is very excited/upset
      5) your dog may just like the way it feels/ it may be a habit

      Do they? My dog doesn’t but then I don’t think she fits into any of Sean’s list below.
