  No but I wish there was a way. Hairdressers would lose a lot of money so they might not be keen!

  It may be possible to remove every hair follicle and replace it with the hair follicles of another person. But it would be the equivalent of sticking you head under a sowing machine for a few days. Do you still want to do it?
