  There are some people working on facial recognition but there are major problems. They may have a sample picture of a person’s face but what if that person suddenly puts on glasses or a hat or even just turns their head.
  Number plates are incredibly simple compared to faces and don’t necessarily believe what is shown on fictional shows like Spooks.

Question: If you could do number plate recognition, could you do face recognition?
