I’m pretty concerned about the additives in our food. I’m not vegetarian, but I don’t see why anything meaty should be in fruit yoghurt. I’m quite worried about all the salt and sugar that is added to a lot of foods. It makes it quite difficult to judge how much of them you’re eating.

What worries me is how careful people have to be about the amount of sugar and salt in packaged food. At least with fresh food you know what your getting but modern life can be too busy to be good all the time.

Yes fresh food is always best. We need to make sure that food companies have to label exactly what is in their product, and then educate people how to make the correct choices when buying food.

I am a veg and been on a trip to turkey this week. It was so hard to eat anything other than cakes! I always check the label on food. I wish everyone knew the truth.
