Having a good breakfast that has plenty of wholegrain and nutrients sets you up for the day. It provides you with the energy and nutrition you need and it also means that you’re less likely to snack on junk food. Many studies have found that eating breakfast (a healthy one!) lowers your risk of becoming obese, getting diabetes and even having a heart attack. That’s definitely convinced me!
It is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It has been shown that there are several benefits to eating breakfast. With benefits of decreased body mass index, reduced fatigue, and improved cognition, we should all eat a good healthy breakfast to start the day.
