  I touched my nose and must have had a bit of concentrated acid on it! It REALLY hurt!
  At the time I was only about 15 so I didn’t fill in any forms but I suppose my teacher did for me.
  It was my own fault, never done that again!

Question: How did you burn your nose? Did you not do a Risk Assesment?
