Question: Can you interbreed different types of animals such as a rabbit and a bird? Or can this only be done with similar types and breeds of animals?
You can do it with come closely related species. Mules and asses are the result of interbreeding of a horse and a donkey. Most of the offspring are sterile though, which means they can’t reproduce.
I think your referring to genetically engineered rabbits, where they have added a jellyfish protein that makes them glow. This is really interesting, but a bit different to breeding.

They have selectively breeded rabbits and jellyfish so they glow green in the dark 🙂
