      To some degree yes, all living things are related if you go back enough in evolutionary time. However, horses and camels are not especially closely related; rhinos are more closely related to horses, and deer are more closely related to camels.

      The camels’ closest living relatives are llamas and alpacas.

      There is an ancestor of the camel called Camelops that lived in North America until about 10 000 years ago. Have a look at the picture:
