Well assuming that is is humans that decide what rights we have, then I guess it is because we are biased in favour of our own species. While guilty of this myself (I would save a drowning human over a drowning rat). I don’t believe there is any evidence to show that we are ‘special’ so deserve these greater rights. What do you think?

      Very good question!

I think we are all equal and people who agree with mistreating animals are wrong. My work is all about developing alternatives to animal testing so we don’t need to use them any more as it shouldn’t happen in my opinion.
